Syllabix toolkits are digital downloads, delivered to your inbox straight after purchase. Because files can be accessed instantly, refunds are not available once a toolkit has been downloaded, except where a resource is faulty, missing, or materially different from its listing.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which applies regardless of any store policy.
