Syllabix collects the personal information you provide directly: your name and email address, whether from the website sign-up form, a purchase, or the free sampler form.

This information is used to deliver what you've requested (the sampler, a purchased toolkit, order confirmations) and, if you've opted in, to send occasional emails about new toolkits and launch news. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Your information is processed through Shopify (store, checkout and file delivery) and Omnisend (email delivery). It is not sold to any third party.

This website also uses the Meta Pixel, a cookie from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to show Syllabix ads to people who have visited syllabix.com.au. It records how the site is used, such as pages viewed and purchases. Syllabix does not send Meta your name, email address or phone number. You can manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block it through your browser’s cookie settings.

Some of these tools process information on servers located outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, and Syllabix remains responsible for how it is handled.

You can ask what information is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing support@syllabix.com.au.
